Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using SmartPrintee services

1. Service Description

SmartPrintee is a supply chain service provider specializing in Print on Demand, offering the following core services:

- Custom Production: Custom printing and manufacturing of leather bags, footwear, acrylic ornaments, accessories, home decor, and more based on customer design files

  • Fulfillment Service: End-to-end order reception, production, quality inspection, packaging, and global logistics

  • API Integration: Seamless API connectivity with major e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Etsy, and WooCommerce for automated ordering and inventory sync

  • Sampling Service: Pre-production sample creation and approval

    By using any SmartPrintee service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

    • 2. Account Registration

    Using SmartPrintee services requires account registration. When registering, you must:

    - Provide truthful and accurate registration information

  • Safeguard your account credentials and not share them with others

  • Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account

  • Notify SmartPrintee immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use

    SmartPrintee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts upon discovering violations. Each natural person or legal entity may register only one account, unless written permission is granted by SmartPrintee.

    • 3. Orders & Payment

    Pricing: Product prices are calculated based on category, process, quantity, and shipping method. Prices may adjust due to raw material cost fluctuations, but confirmed order prices remain fixed.

    Sample Approval: Sampling is recommended for first-time collaborations or new products. Mass production may proceed only after sample approval. Sampling fees are charged at cost and may be credited against qualifying production orders.

    Production Timeline: Standard production cycle is 5-7 business days (excluding shipping time). Rush orders are available at additional cost.

    Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and more. Fulfillment clients may apply for monthly billing terms (subject to approval).

    Shipping: Products are dispatched after quality inspection. Shipping options include international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and economy logistics. Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.

    4. Intellectual Property

    User Responsibility: Users bear full responsibility for the intellectual property legitimacy of all design files uploaded to the SmartPrintee platform. Users warrant that submitted designs do not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.

    SmartPrintee's Position: SmartPrintee does not claim any copyright or ownership over user-uploaded design files. User designs are used solely for order fulfillment purposes and will not be used by SmartPrintee for any other purpose.

    Prohibited Content: The following content is strictly prohibited from upload and production:

  • Designs infringing others' intellectual property (unauthorized brand logos, character likenesses, artworks, etc.)

  • Designs containing hate speech, incitement to violence, or discriminatory content

  • Content that violates applicable laws and regulations

    SmartPrintee reserves the right to refuse production of orders suspected of infringement or illegality and bears no liability arising from such refusal.

    • 5. Quality Assurance

    SmartPrintee commits to the following quality standards:

    - Color Accuracy: Print color deviation maintained within ΔE<2 (evaluated under D65 standard illuminant)

  • Durability Testing: Products pass relevant ASTM test standards, including abrasion resistance, color fastness, and material strength tests

  • Quality Inspection Process: Every product undergoes a minimum of 3 quality inspection stages before shipment

  • Sample Consistency: Mass-produced items maintain consistency with customer-approved samples

    Products failing to meet these standards are subject to our Return Policy.

    • 6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    - SmartPrintee's total liability shall not exceed the amount of the specific order giving rise to the dispute

  • SmartPrintee shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, goodwill damage, or any consequential or punitive damages

  • SmartPrintee shall not be liable for losses caused by third-party logistics delays, customs seizure, or force majeure events

  • Product use is at the user's own risk; SmartPrintee makes no guarantees regarding the product's sales performance in end markets

    • 7. Termination

    User Termination: You may close your account and discontinue using SmartPrintee services at any time. Confirmed in-production orders must still be fulfilled and paid for.

    SmartPrintee Termination: SmartPrintee may suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service

  • Repeated submission of infringing designs

  • Prolonged non-payment of outstanding amounts

  • Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities

    Upon account termination, SmartPrintee will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    • 8. Dispute Resolution

    Should any dispute arise from these Terms of Service or SmartPrintee services:

    - Negotiation First: Both parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through friendly negotiation

  • Mediation: If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to a mediation institution agreed upon by both parties

  • Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties

    • 9. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. For disputes related to international transactions, both parties agree to refer to the relevant provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

    SmartPrintee respects the laws and regulations of all countries and regions. If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, such provision shall be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
